Dr. Holly Barszcz is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral® (BCBA-D®), International Behavior Analyst® (IBA®), clinician, and educator. She has more than 20 years of experience and expertise in behavior disorders, early intervention/education, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Holly has worked in supported living sites, group home settings, and clinics with both children and adults with developmental disabilities. Furthermore, she has extensive experience working with adults with maladaptive behaviors that have transitioned from institutional living into group home settings. Most recently, she worked with children diagnosed with ASD in an ABA-based clinic. Her research interests include ASD, strategies used for reduction of maladaptive behaviors, organizational behavior management (OBM), and behavioral assessment and intervention.
